Jenica and I went to the Alec Soth gallery reception last night for Broken Manual. We met Alec Soth and acted like we were some starstruck 18 year olds (we’re in our early/mid twenties), while trying to talk to him about what he’s been working on, our collective feelings about New York City and what he did during the time inbtwn school and becoming this famous photographer.  

We are such contemporary photography fan girls.
